Exchanges and returns form

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As provided by law, Vengi allows the exchange and return of items, as long as they have not been used by the customer and maintain the same presentation conditions compared to the time they were sent.

Requests for exchange or return must be expressed unequivocally using the form provided for this purpose, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the order.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or greater value to the item being exchanged. The value inherent to the shipping costs of the exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a return due to defect or other non-conformities regarding the ordered products, Vengi assumes responsibility for collecting the item at the address indicated by the customer, as well as the amounts inherent to the shipping costs paid at the first moment.

The amount relating to the return will be refunded via bank transfer within a maximum period of 14 working days and the customer must indicate to Vengi clearly and unequivocally which bank details should be considered for this operation. Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by part of Vengi upon analysis of the condition of the item(s). After receiving the item(s) at our facilities, we carry out a careful analysis of it and the return will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:

a) The product(s) does not show signs of use or handling;

b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;

c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.

Any request for exchange or return must indicate the order number and proof of defect, if any.

Orders to be exchanged or returned must be sent via registered mail to the address indicated by customer service. When sending the order, you must communicate to Vengi, through available means, the order tracking code.
